Energizing Oat Bars

These homemade oat bars are perfect for snacking, they are healthy, filling and taste amazing. The oats are a great source of good carbohydrates and fiber and will keep you feeling full for a long time. You can use this recipe as a base and add your favorite ingredients to make these the perfect healthy snack for you.

Oats, a naturally gluten-free grain, are high in protein, fiber, and vitamins which makes them a great option to choose for your healthy diet plan. They have a lower glycemic index than other grains and are nutrient dense which help you feel satisfied for longer.

These bars are easy to take with you as a snack during the day. I make a batch of these during the weekend and keep them in the freezer to have them ready to take with me as a snack on the go.

What do you need?
  • 400 grams applesauce
