Healthy & Quick Granola Without Sugar


This granola recipe is easy and quick to make and contains no added sugar. It won’t raise your blood sugar levels like store bought cereals would and tastes just as good or even better.

Eat this granola on top of low-fat Greek yogurt or quark and you’ll have a great, nutritious and healthy breakfast.

Healthy & Quick Granola Without Sugar

What do you need?
  • 300 grams of oats
  • 100ml Agave syrup
  • 50ml Coconut oil
  • 20 gr chia seeds
  • 15ml of vanilla extract
  • 50-100 grams of raisins, dried cranberries or other berries of your choice
How to make it?

Add the oats and chia seeds into a big bowl. In a separate bowl mix the agave syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract and slowly add this liquid mixture to the oats and chia seeds.

Mix the everything well so the oats absorb all the liquid and little ‘balls’ start to form. Once all liquids are absorbed spread the oats evenly on a baking tray and bake them in the oven for 20-25 min on 175°C.

Keep an eye on the granola to see when it’s starting to turn golden brown. Once done let the granola cool down for a while on the baking tray so it will get crunchy.

Finally, add some raisins or dried cranberries to finish this granola mix.

You can adjust this recipe to make it perfect for you! Try adding goji berries, cacao nibs or your favorite nuts or seeds.

This recipe is perfect to use for your healthy meal prep, make a batch once a week and you’ll have a healthy and nutritious breakfast ready for the whole week.
