Quick & Healthy Dips


Today I share two no-recipe recipes. These healthy dips contain 5 or less ingredients are are super quick to make.

Avocado dip


  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • parsley
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • a pinch of salt

In a food processor mix the avocado, lime juice, parsley and a pinch of salt until you reach the desired consistency. Add in some finely diced red onion and you avocado dip is ready.

Sun dried tomato & olive dip



  • Sun dried tomatoes
  • Green olives

In a food processor mix the sun dried tomatoes and green olives until you reach a paste like consistency.
