Vanilla and Chocolate Protein Cake

 

As many of you have asked… today I share the recipe for this vanilla and chocolate protein cake.

It is very easy and quick to make and has about 100 kcal per serving with 10 grams of protein.

Ingredients:

75g Ground Oats
35g Vanilla flavor Whey protein
2 Eggs
9 Egg Whites
60g Agave Syrup
10ml Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon of yeast
25g Pure cocoa powder

To make this cake we mix everything except the cocoa, and separate the mixture into two parts. Pour one part of the mixture into a cake mold. To the other part you add the cocoa. Mix well and pour this part of the mixture on top of the other one in the mold.

Bake the cake about 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celcius and enjoy!
